United Nations Office on Sport for Development and Peace
The UN Office on Sport for Development and Peace (UNOSDP) provides the entry point to the United Nations system with regard to Sport for Development and Peace, bringing the worlds of sport and development closer together. The Office assists the Special Adviser to the United Nations Secretary-General on Sport for Development and Peace in his worldwide activities as an advocate, facilitator and representative of sports’ social impact in a development context. Its main roles are advocacy and guidance, facilitation and co-ordination.

UK Sport
UK Sport is the strategic lead body for performance sport in the UK. It is also responsible for co-ordinating the bidding and staging of major international sporting events in the UK. At international level it strategically leads the UK’s sporting international relations, increases the influence of the UK in the politics of sport internationally and drives international development through sport.

CONFEJES
CONFEJES is the Conference of Youth and Sports Ministries of French speaking countries worldwide. CONFEJES is a leader in the promotion of youth participation and insertion in society. To achieve this CONFEJES mobilizes countries and resources and facilitates achieving synergies among nations and through partnerships.
Peace and Sport
Peace and Sport acts to promote sport as the focus of concerted, effective and relevant political action, thus becoming an essential tool at the service of peace. To achieve this, Peace and Sport sets up international cooperation between political leaders, sport governing bodies, and actors from the private sector, peace organizations and civil society.
One Billion Strong
A new global initiative dedicated to disability awareness, rights and education. It aims to promote the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and tries to make a real difference to the lives of persons with a disability.
Motivation
Motivation is an international development charity supporting people with mobility disabilities. They produce high-quality, low-cost wheelchairs, designed specifically for use in poor countries.
Play & Train
An organization which serves people with a disability and their families by providing sporting and leisure opportunities. They help change the attitudes of society towards people with a disability by helping those with a disability become experience and discover new opportunities alone or with family members. The organization also aims to open the door of employment for athletes with a disability.
PlayAble
A non-profit social venture designed adapted sport programmes and coaches training to promote the right and abilities of people with a disability through sports.
The organization’s aim is to bring people with a disability off the sidelines and back into the game.
Charity and Sport
A Dutch organization that aims to bring the worlds of sport and charity closer together. Their goal is to support the sporting world in showing more social responsibility and doing more for the community. They work with sporting organizations and events, and link them to philanthropic causes, guided by four key principles: Helping Others - Involvement - Goodwill - Community Spirit.
EU Youth in Action Programme
The EU’s youth policies aim to meet young people’s changing expectations while encouraging them to contribute to society. This policy work is supported by concrete action in the form of a specific programme for young people called Youth in Action.
Foundation for Global Sports Development
A non-profit advocacy group that supports children and young athletes striving to access better education, ethics and healthy lifestyles.

Norwegian Olympic and Paralympic Committee and Confederation of Sports (NIF)
NIF is an umbrella organisation which organises all national sports federations in Norway. Its vision is to be a prominent contributor to achieving sport for all. To provide everyone with the opportunity to participate in sport according to their own wishes and requirements.
