2013 Italian Open Athletics Championships

The 2013 Italian Open Athletics Championships will be held at Carlo Zecchini Stadio from 10-12 May in Grosseto, which is located in the beautiful region of Tuscany.

Grosseto lies just 14km from the Tyrrhenian Sea and is home to football, baseball and cricket teams, as well as horse racing.

Previously, the Carlo Zecchini Stadio, which holds more than 10,000 spectators, hosted the 2001 European Junior Championships and the 2004 World Junior Championships.

The event will be organised by the Federazione Italiana Sport Paralimpici e Sperimentali (FISPES).

Classification opportunities for athletes with a physical, visual or intellectual impairment will be held from 8-9 May.
