Regions Council
The Council provides a forum for exchange of information on matters of common interest. It advises the Governing Board in relevant matters and assists in the development of IPC Policies and the Strategic plan.
The IPC Regions’ Council provides feedback, advice and representation to the IPC Governing Board on behalf of and in the interests of their respective constituencies in all IPC matters.
Membership: Membership to the Regions’ Council is open to each Regional Organization in membership with IPC. It will include representatives of the Africa, America, Asia, Europe and Oceania Regional Organization. Until all IPC Regions have obtained full membership in IPC, equal rights shall be granted to all IPC Regions within the Council.
Function: The Council provides a forum for exchange of information on matters of common interest. It advises the Governing Board in relevant matters and assists in the development of IPC Policies and the Strategic plan. It helps to protect and deliver the IPC Vision and Mission and protect the diversity of the Movement.
Status: Established in 2006.
