The IPC - How we do it
Organizational Capability
The IPC has a responsibility to ensure it has a stable, appropriately staffed, skilled and focused workforce with processes and systems in place that are relevant and effective.
With a workforce of just under 70 people, the IPC delivers the Paralympic Games, interacts with members and supports a large number of governance groups, Councils and Committees.
In addition to the core workforce, the Paralympic Movement, like most sports it dependent on the support of volunteers and the IPC aims to implement training programmes of these people by working with the IPC Academy.
