Ms. Schneider works as high school secretary at a school for students with and without disability. The physical education teachers often ask her to participate in the skiing classes to inspire and motivate the young students. Not only does she serve as a role-model for the ambitious young athletes, she also teaches skiing to parents of children that have just recovered from amputation. Ms. Schneider often visits rehabilitation centres to encourage and inspite young patients. Additionally, she is regularly invited to practize with National Alpine Skiing teams. During her time as an athlete, she always supported fellow athletes from smaller countries by donating additional skiing and sporting equipement.
