The 2013 IPC Alpine Skiing World Championships were held in the Spanish resort of La Molina, Spain.

As the last major competition ahead of the Sochi 2014 Paralympic Winter Games, the Championships gathered nearly 120 athletes from around 30 countries.

The event was the sixth World Championships of its kind. Previous Championships took place in 2011 in Sestriere, Italy, in 2009 in High 1 Resort, Korea and in 2004 in Wildschönau, Austria.
