Aim To encourage full participation of women with a disability in our global society and acknowledge their right to be leaders within the Paralympic Movement
Primary Objectives To develop a blueprint for action on gender equity in Paralympic sport and gain commitments for action that will facilitate increased participation by girls and women in Paralympic Sport

Africa

The IPC has organized  Women in Sport Leadership Summits and National Trainings in Africa.

From 17 to 18 August 2005, a Regional Summit for French speaking African nations was held in Niamey, Niger.
