Welcome to 2008 and what a year this is going to be. 

In the Chinese year of the 'Rat', the Beijing 2008 Paralympci Games are just around the corner and I am sure that it is going to be an incredible experience for us all.
 
Our achievements last year were a credit to you all, culminating in a thrilling and challenging General Assembly which has set great aspirations and goals for the future.
 
I look forward to working closely with you all this year to achieve our objectives and to continue in our mission to inspire and excite the world with our passion for Paralympic Sport.
