19-year-old Kylie Gauci of Australia is already a prominent athlete in the Australian national Wheelchair Basketball competitions - in both the Women´s National Wheelchair Basketball League (WNWBL) and National Wheelchair Basketball League (NWBL). Gauci was the NRMA Women´s National Wheelchair Basketball League MVP & High-Point Scorer in 2003. Following her team´s gold medal at the Women´s Wheelchair Basketball League this year, Gauci will be making her Paralympic debut at the ATHENS 2004 and she is aiming for gold. With the nickname of "the smiling assassin", she appears to be one to watch.
