Please note: Athletes claiming a record must follow the steps outlined below and refer to IAAF and IPC Athletics Rule 260.

Step 1: Email helen.murphy@paralympic.org within 72 hours of a record being achieved.
Step 2: Complete Application Form and collect supporting paperwork.
Step 3: Mail the Application Form and supporting paperwork to:
