Who's Doing What in Sydney?

It is only once every four years that the more than 7,000 members of the Paralympic Family gather at the same place to celebrate the Paralympic Summer Games. For many, this is a great opportunity to touch base with the IPC.

The IPC Secretariat for the Paralympic Games Sydney 2000 will be based in the Wentworth Hotel, the official IPC Headquarters hotel, located in the Sydney central business district. From 14 to 29 October, between 8:00 and 20:00 hours daily, the Secretariat can be contacted at:

The IPC Sports Technical Secretariat will be operating from the Games Village next to the Sydney Olympic Park at Homebush Bay, while the IPC Media Department will be operating from the Main Media Center. The IPC Medical Commission will be working from the Games Polyclinic.

The Sports Department will be operating from 12 to 18 October from 8:00 to 18:00 daily, and from 19 to 29 October from 8:00 to 22:00 daily. Contact details are:
