Local Organizing Committee

Team Accommodation

The official team hotel for athletes, guides and coaches is Hotel Hallstaberget which is located only 100-200m away from the ski venue of biathlon and cross-country skiing. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served in the dining hall at the hotel.

Single rooms (full board) cost SEK 1080 (approx 125 Euros) per day and double rooms (full board) SEK 885 (approx 102 Euros) per person and day.

The final date for payment for the offical team hotel is 3 January 2013. Please note accommodation fees are NOT REFUNDABLE.

The first accomodation form deadline was 13 September 2012. The final registration form deadline is 15 November 2012. All accomodation forms needs to be sent to bjorn@hallstaberget.se

Classification

There will be no classification at this event.

Competition Fee

The competition fee for the 2013 IPC Nordic Skiing World Championships is 715 Euros which must be received no later than 26 October 2012.

Entries

Entries - Phase 1, Preliminary entries (Entry by Number)

Preliminary entry form shall be sent no later than the date of 13 September 2012.

Participant Insurance

Each NPC must ensure that all the members of their delegation are appropriately insured, including coverage for travel, liability and accidents. All delegation members must have appropriate accident and health insurance in order to race in international ski competitions. For more information, please contact ipcnordicskiing@paralympic.org

Medals

Only one set of medals will be awarded in each event. Guides will also be awarded medals.

Transport

Arrival pick-ups will be arranged for Friday 22 February with departures Wednesday 6 March. The Transport Fee will be 60 Euros per person. NPCs must send their flight information no later than 15 November 2012 clearly indicating the exact number of wheelchair users.
