NATIONAL FIRST
Having represented her country at the 1992, 1996 and 2000 Olympic Games, she competed in the F57/58 shot put event at the 2012 Paralympic Games in London. This made her the first German athlete to have competed at the both the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games. (spiegel.de, 04 Sep 2012)
