In mid-2018 she relocated to Ostersund, Sweden, to start training with Swedish guide Johannes Andersson. She claimed there was not enough financial support in Austria to pay for her guide thus she decided to move to Sweden. However, Andersson is unable to guide her in international competitions because they do not come from the same country.
