When and where did you begin this sport?
He began snowboarding at age 13 in Austria. He took up Para snowboard ahead of the 2014 Paralympic Winter Games.
Why this sport?
After discovering Para snowboard by chance, he saw that he had the potential to become successful in the sport.

Memorable sporting achievement
Finishing second in SB-LL1 banked slalom at the 2017 World Cup event in Pyeongchang, Republic of Korea, and placing fifth in SB-LL1 snowboard cross at the 2017 World Cup event in Big White, BC, Canada. (Athlete, 08 Mar 2018)
Injuries

Other information
NATIONAL FIRST
He became the first Croatian Para snowboarder to stand on the podium at a World Cup event when he finished second in 2017 in Pyeongchang, Republic of Korea. A year later his bronze medal in banked slalom at the 2018 Paralympic Winter Games in Pyeongchang was Croatia's first medal in snowboard at the Paralympic Winter Games. MOVE TO AUSTRIA
