When and where did you begin this sport?
He began skiing in 1983 at age two in Morzine, France. He went on to compete in the sport as an able-bodied athlete but stopped racing in 2001 in order to pursue his studies in commerce. After his accident he decided he wanted to return to skiing.
Why this sport?
"One year after my terrible accident, I knew I had to lift my head and bounce back, so I decided to challenge myself at becoming a professional sportsman."
