Other information
TWO GUIDES
He arrived at the 2018 Paralympic Winter Games in Pyeongchang with two guides - Johannes Andersson and Robin Bryntesson - which he hoped would increase his medal chances as the pair would be able to take it in turns in directing him during his events. "I want them to be focused and alert all the time. If the guide gets tired the speed can be affected but also the commands. So it's a great advantage to always have fresh heads and bodies. It's more common for those who see better than I to have two guides because they race faster. But the level has risen so much over the past years that I think this is something that I might be first with now, but more people than I will want to do in the future." (pyeongchang2018.com, 06 Mar 2018)

PARALYMPIC ATMOSPHERE
He represented Sweden at the Paralympic Winter Games in 2010 and 2014, and loves competing on the big occasions. "For us it's so much bigger than anything else you can do as a Paralympic sportsman. For the able-bodied, they could have big world championships or big crowds at World Cup races, but for us, it's so much different. There's a huge difference between the Paralympic Games and anything else that you can experience as a Para athlete." (paralympic.org, 20 Feb 2018)

YOUNG PARALYMPIAN
He was the youngest competitor from any nation at the 2010 Paralympic Winter Games in Vancouver. (Vancouver, 12 Mar 2010; vancouversun.com, 17 Mar 2010)
