Joe Delagrave – Lobby Ambassador and Paralympic Bronze medalist

Wheelchair rugby is a high-attrition sport and as an athlete it is key to have flexibility to combine a heavy training schedule with a job. Working as a Lobby Ambassador at the Biltmore, I have had this flexibility to be part of the Hilton Worldwide team and train for gold. This opportunity means a lot to me and it has been a life changer”. Ultimately, he is responsible for making a positive first impression and for setting the right tone for a guest’s entire stay. Joe has been tremendously successful, and has left a positive impression on guests as well as fellow Arizona Biltmore employees.

“Joe is a true inspiration to all of the guests and team members of the Arizona Biltmore. He is very passionate about what he does and has an unbelievable drive to succeed and please. He is consistently positive and always has a smile on his face, no matter what the day brings. Since taking on his current role as a concierge, Joe has shown pride, passion, and perfection...all in the name of helping people. In his time at the Arizona Biltmore, Joe has truly grown in to a service professional. A professional on the field and off the field, I know Joe will continue to succeed and make Hilton Worldwide and Team USA proud.”
