He took up wheelchair sport in 2002 with North Jersey Navigators in United States of America.
Why this sport?
He was invited to join North Jersey Navigators by assistant coach Daniel Marti. He tried a number of adaptive sports, including archery, table tennis and swimming, but enjoyed athletics the most.
