Why this sport?
She has always been active and took part in a number of sports growing up. "I insisted on participating in all kinds of sports, and although I never managed to assert myself, I do not regret being active. Gymnastics and cross-country skiing were great and I did them for many years. I walked or cycled three kilometres each way to school, so I was in good shape."
