Paris 2024: All shooting Para sport medallists
From India's Avani Lekhara defending her Paralympic title to Germany's Natascha Hiltrop double-gold and South Korea on top of the medal standings here all athletes who claimed podium finishes in Chateauroux at this year's Paralympic Games 12 Sep 2024Chateauroux witnessed history during the seven days of shooting Para sport finals at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.
South Korea topped the medal table both in the number of golds and total podium finishes. The Koreans triumphed in three events and finished in the top three six times.
China took second place with two gold medals, one silver and two bronze followed by Germany with two gold, both from Natascha Hiltrop.
India also impressed one more time as the third nation in the total number of medals with four (one gold, with Avani Lekhara in the R2; one silver and two bronze).
Brazil, Georgia, Kazakhstan and Japan were among the nations to pick their first-ever medal in the sport as 22 National Paralympic Committees reached the podium at Paris 2024 compared to 17 at Tokyo 2020.
