Travelling by air:
Calgary International Airport (YYC) is the most common access point to Panorama. It is 311km from Panorama through the world famous Banff and Kootenay National Parks. During the winter season airport transfers are offered from YYC.
• Canadian Rockies International Airport (YXC) is just 161km from Panorama.
• Spokane International Airport (GEG) is 464km from Panorama.
• Glacier Park International Airport (FCA) in Kalispell, MT is 349km from Panorama.
Drive one of the world's great mountain highways through Banff and Kootenay National Parks. Roads are well maintained, year-round.
The Calgary-Panorama drive takes about 3.5 hours, depending on road and traffic conditions.
Panorama offers regular scheduled shuttle transfers at the below times from Calgary Airport to Panorama Mountain Village and return.

Teams that require wheelchair accessible lodging will be staying in appropriate condos in the Upper Village. These teams will have convenient access to appropriate waxing and tuning space.
Able-bodied athletes will stay in Upper Village condos, townhomes and hotel accommodation. These athletes will also have convenient access to waxing and tuning space.
All lodging is within walking distance to the Mile 1 Quad, main ski lift up the mountain. Accommodations are all within walking distance to the heart of the village, Panorama Springs hot pools and the Village Gondola.
Wheelchair accessible lodging: Ski Tip Lodge, Tamarack Lodge and 1000 Peaks Summit Lodge
Other lodging: Taynton Lodge, Panorama Springs, all townhomes and the Pine Inn hotel
The exact location of the training track is yet to be confirmed.

Will be located in the Copper Crown A room in the Conference Centre, which is number 15 on the Village map.
