    World Para Powerlifting, in cooperation with its education partners, IPC Academy and World Academy of Sport (WAoS), is committed to the continued learning of all parties within the Paralympic Movement. On the different pages of our education website you will find a variety of information related to referee, classifier, coaching and anti-doping education and upcoming courses.

    If you are interested in participating in education courses but cannot find a course in your region or for your level of knowledge please fill out the document “WPPO Expression of Interest to participate in education programmes”. The World Para Powerlifting team will review your documentation and, if you are eligible for participation, add your name to a candidate register for future programmes.

    IPC Introduction to Para Sport online module (available in English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Russian)

    This introductory course is free to register and is open for everybody who wants to learn more about the IPC and the Paralympic Movement. You might be an athlete, a coach, a referee, sport medical practitioner, event organiser or generally just an interested supporter of Paralympic Sport or the Paralympic Games looking to test their knowledge.
