·Guinea has yet to claim its first medal at the Paralympic Summer Games.

·The NPC made its debut at the Athens 2004 Paralympic Games.

·Ahmed Barry has been Guinea's only athlete to participate at the Paralympic Games. He finished 15th in the men's 200m T46 and 13th in the men's 100m T46 in Athens.

·There is no rights holding broadcaster in Guinea, but the Paralympic Games can be watched live via the IPC’s website at www.paralympic.org.
