·Democratic People's Republic of Korea has yet to claim a medal at the Paralympic Summer Games.

·The NPC made its debut at the London 2012 Paralympic Games.

·Democratic People's Republic of Korea bagged two (bronze) medals at the Incheon 2014 Asian Para-Games: Jon Ju Hyon in men's table tennis singles Class 6 and Sim Sung Hyok in the men's 100m breaststroke in swimming.

·Rim Ju finished in 17th place at the London 2012 Paralympic Games in the men's 50m freestyle S6.

·There is no rights holding broadcaster in Democratic People's Republic of Korea , but the Paralympic Games can be watched live via the IPC’s website at www.paralympic.org.
