For Paralympic, World and Regional swimming records both in Long Course and Short Course please refer to the following link:
To apply for a record, please fill in the below World and Regional Record Application Form and send this to ipcswimming@paralympic.org together with the copy of the results and the timing slip within 15 days after the competition.
