IPC Publications and Documents
Each year the IPC publishes a variety of publications and documents, a number of which you can find below.
IPC Strategic Plan
The IPC Strategic Plan 2011-2014 outlines the focus and priorities of the International Paralympic Committee as the Movement’s governing body for the next four years. The plan follows the overall philosophy and vision of the Movement and is based on the IPC Handbook and deliberations of the General Assembly. Annual Reports
Since 2004, the IPC has published an Annual Report to provide the IPC Membership and the public with an overview of the activities of the IPC as an organization and to present the financial statements. Reports dating back to 2004 can be found at the links below.
IPC Anti-Doping Code
The IPC, together with the International Federations and the National Paralympic Committees, established the IPC Anti-Doping Code to prevent in the spirit of fair play, doping in sport for athletes with a disability and in conformity with the general principles of the World Anti-Doping Code (WADC). The IPC fully endorses the purposes of the IPC Anti-Doping Code and the WADC.

IPC Classification Code
In 2003, the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) developed a Classification Strategy with the overall objective to support and co-ordinate the ongoing development of accurate, reliable, consistent and credible sport focused classification systems and their implementation. The IPC Classification Code is a direct result of recommendations made in this Strategy. The IPC Classification Code has been approved by the IPC 2007 General Assembly in Korea in November 2007.
IPC Medical Code
The IPC Medical Code will come into force in 2013 and aims to further improve the safety of athletes participating in the Paralympic Movement.
IPC Accreditation and Sport Entries at the Paralympic Games - Users' Guide
In June 2011, the IPC published its latest version of the 'Accreditation and Sport Entries at the Paralympic Games – Users’ Guide'. This document was produced and updated for the context of accreditation to be used during the London 2012 Paralympic Games.

Style Guide and Graphics Manual
The IPC Graphic Standards Manual, which is a guideline for the corporate identity of the International Paralympic Committee, is currently under review. The IPC Style Guide, which is a guideline for correct generic Paralympic terminology and language to be used for documents, correspondence, publications, etc. can be found below.
