Azerbaijan organises flashmob with wheelchair dancers

Passers-by in Baku, Azerbaijan, were surprised to see wheelchair dancers participating in a flashmob organised by the National Paralympic Committee.

On 19 May 2013 NPC Azerbaijan organised a flashmob event in Baku with 26 international wheelchair dancers from 8 countries.

Azerbaijan's first international flashmob with athletes with an impairment

On 19 May 2013 NPC Azerbaijan organised a flashmob event in Baku with 26 international wheelchair dancers from 8 countries.

A film was made about the young dancers who moved to well-known hits like Psy "Gentleman", Black eyed Peas "Let's get it started" and Usher "Yeah".

It was the first international flashmob in which athletes with a disabilty from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Israel, Turkey, Ukraine and Poland participated at the same level as able-bodied dancers.
