The International Blind Sports Federation (IBSA) Judo Committee has launched a call for countries to bid to host World or Continental Championships in 2017.

All the countries interested in organising any of these events should send a completed sanction application form to the IBSA Secretary General (secgen@ibsasport.org) by 31 October.

In order to be eligible to host an event, a country must be an IBSA member and in good standing, complete the IBSA competition sanction application form and adhere to IBSA rules and regulations.

The European, Asian-Oceanian, Americas and African Championships are set to take place between March-June 2017, and the World Championships in September/October.

More information is available on IBSA’s website.
