With six months to go until the London 2017 World Para Athletics Championships, media are advised that they can now apply for media accreditation.

The event will form part of London's Summer of World Athletics, when for the first time the World Para Athletics Championships and the IAAF World Championships will be held in the same city. Over four magical weeks, the world's top athletes will bring the roar back to the iconic stadium in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park that witnessed the successful London 2012 Paralympic Games.

The World Para Athletics Championships will include 213 medal events, featuring approximately 1,300 athletes, and will be held across 10 days of competition.
