IWAS releases 2017 wheelchair fencing schedule

The International Wheelchair and Amputee Sports Federation has confirmed their competition schedule for 2017.

Five wheelchair fencing World Cups will take place, with the season scheduled to open on 15 February in Eger, Hungary. The series will travel to Stadskanaal, Netherlands; Warsaw, Poland; and then Atlanta, USA, before wrapping up on 17-19 November in Pisa, Italy.

This will be the first time a World Cup event will be held in the USA.
