Italy had no answer for Turkey’s Emrah Ocal, who scored all goals in the 3-0 victory on day three of the 2015 International Blind Sports Federation (IBSA) Blind Football European Championships.

With 10 minutes into the match, Ocal hit a shot that whizzed past goalkeeper Marco Dottaviantonio and buried itself in the left hand side of the net.

With 15 seconds remaining, Ocal punctuated his performance with another score to wrap up Monday’s (24 August) round-robin match in Hereford, Great Britain.

After taking a draw with Turkey on Saturday’s opening day, Germany recorded a win with a 2-0 victory over winless Poland on Monday.

In group B-play, France kept their semi-final hopes alive by taking a 1-0 win over Greece. After hanging on for a 0-0 draw to Russia, Belgium will need a positive result against Greece on Tuesday (25 August) to secure a spot in the semi-finals.

Playoffs begin on Friday (28 August).
