ELECTION PROCESS

| 01 March 2024 |
Applicants must submit the appropriate online form and including NPC endorsement and other documents that will comprise the candidate’s application packet should they be eligible. |
| 05 March 2024 | WPIH to review the entries for eligibility, using the terms of reference as predetermined criteria. |
| 09 April 2024 | WPIH to email the sport community with each eligible candidate’s application packet and announce the virtual election start date. |
| 06 May 2024 | Virtual elections to end, coinciding with the first rest day at the WPIH A-Pool World Championships. |
| 09 May 2024 | WPIH to contact each elected individual to notify them of their new position. |
| 01 June 2024 | WPIH to introduce all elected members to the WPIH Community via email communication. |
| 14 November 2024 | Sport Committee Chairpersons to attend virtual Chairpersons Forum 2024. |
| No later than 31 December 2024 | WPIH to schedule and host the first Sport Committee and Athletes’ Committee meetings. |

Licensed athletes from the 2022-2023 season and the 2023-2024 season will be eligible to vote online to elect five athletes to the committee on Monday 06 May 2024.
