Paralympic hockey medal winners: Full list from every Games
Team USA will be chasing their sixth Paralympic title at Milano Cortina 2026, while three-time silver medallists Canada are targeting a long-awaited second gold 23 Feb 2026
Para ice hockey has been part of the Paralympic Winter Games since Lillehammer 1994. Four nations have won gold in the sport, which has been dominated by the United States this century. Team USA will be aiming for their fifth consecutive and sixth overall title at Milano Cortina 2026.
Three other teams competing at this year's Game have won at least one Paralympic medal: Canada, China and Japan. The remaining four nations on the ice in Milano - Czechia, Germany, Italy and Slovakia - are still seeking their first podium finish.
