In the bronze-medal game, New Zealand defeated host nation South Africa, 65-33.

Despite nearly every member of their team suffering from serious food poisoning, Australia still managed to leave the 2013 IWRF Wheelchair Rugby Asia-Oceania Championships on Sunday (24 November) with the gold medal.

Australia defeated Japan 55-48 in the final in Pretoria, South Africa, qualifying themselves for next year’s World Championships in Odense, Denmark.

In the bronze-medal game, New Zealand defeated host nation South Africa, 65-33.
