·Athens 2004 were Czech Republic's most successful Paralympic Games to date, winning 16 gold medals (S8-B7).

·The NPC made its debut at the Atlanta 1996 Paralympic Games.

·Czech Republic is in 32nd place on the Summer Games' all-time medal table.

·The NPC has been most successful in athletics, claiming 15 gold, 19 silver and 15 bronze medals.

·Cyclist Jirí Ježek is Czech Republic's most successful Paralympian in individual events: G6-S4.
