·Lebanon has claimed two medals at the Paralympic Summer Games: B2.

·The NPC made its debut at the Sydney 2000 Paralympic Games.

·Lebanon is in 107th place on the Summer Games' all-time medal table.

·Cyclist Edward Maalouf claimed both medals for Lebanon at the Paralympic Games.

·Maalouf finished in third place in the men's time trial and road race HCB at Beijing 2008.

·Maalouf was the sole representative for Lebanon in London four years ago. He finished in ninth place in the men's time trial H2 and in 12th place in the men's road race H2.

·There is no rights holding broadcaster in Lebanon, but the Paralympic Games can be watched live via the IPC’s website at www.paralympic.org.
