·Senegal has yet to claim their first medal at the Paralympic Games.

·The NPC made its debut at the Athens 2004 Paralympic Games.

·Mor Ndiaye was Senegal's only participant at the London 2012 Paralympic Games. He finished in 12th place in the men's javelin throw F57/58.

·Ndiaye improved himself as he finished in 13th place in the same event in 2008.

·Youddoupha Diouf finished in fourth place in the men's javelin throw F57 at the 2015 IPC Athletics World Championships in Doha.
