The International Paralympic Committee (IPC) is partnering with its Worldwide Paralympic Partner Samsung to provide 30 leading athletes the chance to record exclusive behind-the-scenes video blogs during the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games, where they share their everyday training and struggles.

The London 2012 Paralympics were Teresa Perales's fourth Games, and she retained her 100m freestyle title for the third consecutive Games.
Perales is still going strong in the pool, and remains one of the swimmers to beat in the S5 events.
