- have been internationally classified with a Review (R) or Confirmed (C) Sport Class Status.

- have achieved a valid performance at one of the 6 Grand Prix competitions in 2013 season.

IPC Athletics will establish a dedicated ranking for all 18 events for the athletes who compete at the six Grand Prix competitions. The direct qualification slots for the Grand Prix Final will be given to the top 6 ranked athletes of the Grand Prix rankings of each event. In the event of an unused/returned invite, it will go to the next top ranked athlete of the Grand Prix ranking of that event. Two additional invites will be distributed at the discretion of IPC Athletics to ensure top athletes perform at finals and enable greater representation by nation and/or region.
