Italy’s golden girl Martina Caironi smashed the 100m T42 world record when she took the top spot at the 2015 IPC Athletics World Championships in Doha, Qatar, clocking a phenonemal 14.61 seconds.

It was Caironi’s second medal of the championships, having also won long jump T42 silver in a thrilling compeititon against Germany’s Vanessa Low.
