This week’s #MusicMonday comes from US sprinter Jarryd Wallace, who laid down an early marker for Paralympic year when he stormed to gold at last August’s 2015 Parapan Am Games in Toronto, Canada.

The 25-year-old smashed the 100m T44 world record - stopping the clock at 10.71 seconds and immediately making the prospect of this year’s Paralympic final in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, even more exciting.

“I don’t listen to music while I train, so when I do listen to music I’m normally in the car,” said Wallace, who also enjoys playing his favourite songs on the guitar.

Here are his top three tunes:

‘Remedy’ - Jason Mraz

‘All of Me’ - John Legend

‘Thinking Out Loud’ - Ed Sheeran
