World Para Athletics (WPA) announced on Friday, 15 November, the addition of three new stops to the 2025 Grand Prix calendar. Marrakech in Morocco, Guadalajara in Mexico, and Paris in France will each host WPA Grand Prix events next year.

Marrakech will host the event in April at the Grand Stade de Marrakech. The Moroccan city first joined the Grand Prix circuit in 2022 and will now mark its fourth consecutive year as part of the season.

The Grand Prix will also return to Mexico with the Jalisco Grand Prix scheduled to early May.

Finally, the world’s best athletes will return to the French capital, which hosted the Paralympic Games earlier this year. The Charlety Stadium, also the venue for the 2023 Para Athletics World Championships, will welcome the Paris Grand Prix in June.

World Para Athletics had previously announced the host cities for four other 2025 Grand Prix events: Dubai, UAE; Cali, Colombia; Tunis, Tunisia; and Olomouc, Czechia, which will host the first-ever All-Women Grand Prix.

World Para Athletics will announce additional stops of the 2025 Grand Prix at a later date.
