Paralympic champion Jessica Long will defend her world titles at Mexico City 2017

Six months after competing at Rio 2016, USA’s multiple-swimming Paralympic champion Jessica Long will be back to the pool at the first stage of the 2017 World Para Swimming Series in Copenhagen, Denmark, from 11-12 March.

 

The 25-year-old’s main goal for this year is to have good feelings again whilst swimming. She would also like to produce good performances at the start of the season to head to the Mexico 2017 World Para Swimming Championships full of confidence.

The World Para Swimming World Series will take place in five countries across Europe and the Americas, starting in Copenhagen, Denmark, from 11-12 March.

The Mexico 2017 World Para Swimming Championships will be held from 30 September-6 October, with around 550 swimmers from more than 60 countries competing.
