PARA POWERLIFTING RULES

The official World Para Powerlifting Rules and Regulations (2018-2021) were published and came into force on 18 September 2018. The Rules and Regulations update was completed after having followed all processes and input from the current Sport Technical Committee and the Management Team.

Note for all 2020 competitions, junior level athletes must have their year of birth between 2000 and 2005.
