IPC Athletics Rule Book 2011-2012 Published

The rules and regulations for International Paralympic Committee (IPC) Athletics 2011-2012 which come into effect on 1 July 2011 have been published.

The objective of the 2011-2012 IPC Athletics Rules and Regulations was to publish an all encompassing rulebook taking rules from the IAAF Rule Book and then incorporating IPC Athletics sport specific rules.

In producing the new rules and regulations recommendations from January’s 2011 IPC Athletics World Championships were taken into account together with feedback from National Paralympic Committees, International Organizations of Sport for the Disabled (IOSD), the IPC Athletics Sport Technical Committee and IPC Legal Council.
