GOLD ZHOU Hongzhuan CHN - People's Republic of China SILVER HUANG Lisha CHN - People's Republic of China BRONZE GALLI Jessica USA - United States of America ZHOU Hongzhuan (CHN) won her second successive gold medal in the T53 women's 800m, setting a Paralympic record of 1:52.85 after winning a three-woman sprint down the home straight. On winning Gold Hongzhuan ZHOU said "The result is very surprising. I didn't know the result would be this at all. I feel very excited about it."
