The Para ice hockey competition schedule has been set for the Beijing 2022 Paralympic Winter Games, with 20 games to be played within a nine-day span. All games will be played at the National Indoor Stadium.

The eight participating teams will be separated into two groups, with Group A featuring the top-four ranked teams in the world and Group B including the next set of four.

Group A includes No. 1 USA, No. 2 Canada, No. 3 RPC and No. 4 Korea. Group B consists of No. 5 Czech Republic, No. 6 Italy, No. 7 Slovakia and No. 8 China.

The top two finishers in Group A will automatically advance to the semi-finals, while the top two finishers in Group B will challenge the bottom two finishers in Group A for the other semi-final spots.

The opening day of competition on 5 March will feature two of the most anticipated preliminary round matchups — Paralympic and world champions No. 1 USA vs. Paralympic and world silver medallists No. 2 Canada in the infamous North American rivalry, and Paralympic debutants No. 7 Slovakia vs. No. 8 China, the latter of which will be playing on its home ice.

The tournament will conclude with the bronze-medal game on 12 March followed by the gold-medal game on 13 March.
