This week’s #MusicMonday comes from Thailand’s T54 racer Rawat Tana, who claimed two golds at last year’s IPC Athletics World Championships in Doha, Qatar – winning the 1,500m and 5,000m.

The 39-year-old enjoys listening to local folk music as he prepares to go for individual gold at the Paralympic Games this year, having previously topped the podium in the relays in Athens 2004.

Rawat’s favourite tunes are:

·Maharai Wua-Schon

·Sai-Wa-Sip-Tim-Gun

·Ai-Mi-Het-Pun
