"On a cruise you can be so incredibly lazy!"

Canada's multiple world and Paralympic champion Brent Lakatos provides us with this week's holiday hostpot.

The 36-year-old, who competes in the T53 class, won one gold, one silver and two bronze medals at Rio 2016 - his fourth Paralympic Games, and his first time at the top of the podium.

Lakatos, who is married to British long jump T44 Paralympic silver medallist Stef Reid, has chosen to leave dry land and set sail for his holiday hotspot - find out why...

__

"Stefanie and I have gone on a couple of cruises and that would be our favourite holiday because when we are not training or doing something, I think as a holiday we just like to be as lazy as possible.

"On a cruise you can be so incredibly lazy! You can do as much as you want, or you can just enjoy the food and relax and take it all in. It doesn’t even matter where the cruise goes – it could go anywhere."

Two essential items I would take: Probably my computer so I could watch some movies and be extra lazy. And Stef. Put her first though before the computer!
